LE TACTICAL OFFICER & LE SWAT/SRT CUSTOM PROJECTS

This page is specifically for military SOF’s & EOD, law enforcement SWAT and correctional SERT teams and other LE units. This page will display variations of the E-FCHP pants and FCHS combat shirt conversions, as well as the “Pie Slicer” pants conversions and “Detective” series pants conversions. Not all included options are listed on this page, due to confidentiality, safety and security for the tactical officer/operator. The additional confidential options/modifications are available through the E-FCHP Pie Slicer pants conversion. This can be discussed by contacting me at  unctac@yahoo.com

See the following page for other combat/tactical pants and shirt conversions

Custom Project

“Detective” (prototype) pants conversion to Levis 514 Distressed Slim jeans (32″W x 34″L)

  • combat knee pad pockets installed (black velcro retainers)
  • side of knee adjusters (dark navy jean fabric & black velcro)
  • internal knee pad height adjusters (tan based hardware & webbing)

* I wear the same size jeans/pants as these jeans, thus I was able to test them out after I finished this project…they functioned and adjusted so well that I’m going to use this first jeans conversion as my “prototype” for a couple of variations of these types of pants conversions. They will be the “Detective” series. I will have these pants conversions with pricing posted up as soon as I have time finishing up the features that each version will have..etc. To better streamline this conversion, I will use navy blue color velcro on these orders when it is available and in stock…otherwise a person can choose the next best color or if their pants are already the same color as the various velcro colors I already use, that will work too. One thing to note that is important when requesting a “Detective” series jeans pants conversion is, be sure to stick with nothing thinner than the Levis 514 Slim jeans when sending in your jeans for this conversion. Otherwise, the pant legs will be too narrow and will not accommodate combat or field knee pad pockets to be installed onto each pant leg. I suggest using regular “straight leg” style jeans for the “Detective” series conversions so that there is adequate space between the outer and inner pant leg seams to allow room for the knee pad pockets to be installed.

The primary purpose for the “Detective” pants conversions is to provide a selection of pants modifications that will better suit the needs of the plain clothes/UC officer or tactical officers/tactical units that want a more low profile appearance, based on their particular duties/assignments.
